Payment
Payment is made at each session. If you need to submit a form to your insurance company for reimbursement please request a monthly insurance statement. I do not bill insurance companies directly.
I accept checks and cash in my office.
Credit card payments may be made through PayPal using the link on this page. Please enter the date of the session for which you are paying. The Pay Now button will take you to a secure payment site where you may make your payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option. If you do not have an account, use "Pay as Guest" at the bottom of the screen.
